Binding (polypropylene) PP tape is very light and excels in high strength. Another advantage is easy handling and a low price. The connection can be made in several ways: metal (sheet metal), wire or plastic clips using hand strappers. PP tapes can be welded using automatic strapping machines. The PP binding tape adapts well to the shape of the strapped object. To ensure perfect protection of the edges of the object, we recommend protective edges (in the form of plastic or paper corners, or foam edges). Waste from used tapes is environmentally friendly and completely recyclable.

Binding(polyester) PET tape is used for strapping heavier objects, where PP tape is no longer strong enough. PET tape is also used as a replacement for steel tape. The advantage is a lower price compared to steel tape – with savings of up to 50 %. PET tapes do not rust; they have a modulus of elasticity, which allows them to handle dynamic movements better during the transport of goods. The tape can be tightened repeatedly after strapping, which is especially important for goods where the volume of goods changes (wood, bulk materials, etc.). It is most often used in the woodworking, construction, metallurgical industries and many other industries.

PES tapes are used for packing particularly heavy objects. They completely replace steel tape. They are mainly used in metal production, engineering and wood processing companies. They are also widely used when fastening a load on a railway wagon, e.g. logs, lumber, containers. Textile tapes are soft; they do not damage the packaged material, which is surface treated. The connection is made via self-locking wire clips. The straps can be tightened and have up to 10 % modulus of elasticity.

The steel tape is mainly used for strapping of heavy objects on pallets, steel structures, building materials and the like. The connection can be made by pressing or a clip. Clips are used when working with PP, PET and PES tapes. They are made of solid flexible steel wire. They are surface-treated by phosphating or galvanizing (anti-corrosion surface treatment). The advantage of this joint is the possibility of retightening the tape. The clips can also be used repeatedly. We offer wire phosphated clips in the size of 9,13,16,19,25,35 mm. We offer galvanized wire clips in the size of 13,16,19,25 mm.
