NP21 tensioner

The NP21 tensioner is used for strapping with steel tape of 19 mm to 32 mm wide. The tensioner is designed especially for strapping of heavy objects. In combination with the locking pliers, it ensures the connection of the steel tape utilizing appropriate clips.
